TAP – Training Assistive Portal

Facilitated by Song Kee Hong

In collaboration with Ministry of Manpower, BizLink Centre Singapore, Ngieng Jia'en, Mariel Chua

In a sheltered workplace environment, people with disabilities (PwDs) are employed to take on simple manual tasks, bringing them a source of income.

As PwDs are heavily dependent on trainers to guide and teach them work skills, TAP is designed to bridge them effectively. It helps trainers draw out PwDs’ true capabilities, providing a medium for compatible learning methods and proper task matching. Simultaneously, it aids PwDs to achieve independence and encourage continual upskilling – ultimately creating opportunities for open employment.
